Real estate syndications are group investments. Rather than managing rental properties on your own, real estate syndications allow you to invest passively, without becoming a landlord.
Together, we invest in a large commercial multifamily asset, usually 100 units and above. This reduces risk and allows us to take advantage of economies of scale.

I come from 3 generations of multifamily owners. My grandmother bought her multifamily investments in 1940 and was able to support her family for her lifetime.
My passion is helping women learn about MF investing to increase their wealth and confidence.

Together, Annie and Julie are the creators of the Real Estate Accelerator Mentorship Program and the Passive Real Estate Investor Academy, hosts of the Life and Money Show podcast, and authors of the book Investing For Good: How To Build Wealth While Also Making An Impact.
